I got my first phone three years ago. First of all it took a lot of convincing, and promising of responsibility to my parents to get one. The first phone I got was a generic flip phone from T-Mobile. When my contract was up I upgraded to a Shadow. I liked this phone because it had a big screen, and the keyboard was easy to type with since it was based off a computer keyboard. After about a year having it I wouldn’t recommend it because within that year I have been sent two warranty Shadows, because my previous phone broke. First of all, the back light wouldn’t turn off, so it would lose its charge very fast. Later the phone’s backlight wouldn’t turn on, so I couldn’t see anything on my phone. Either I don’t have luck with phones, or the Shadow isn't made very well!
